Government isn't necessarily efficient and public companies aren't often motivated by the public interests. Or perhaps overmarketd diagnostics such as OvaSure without some sort of reasonable regulation.....<BR/><BR/>Like Madoff, we can assume biotech markets don't always regulate themselves, unlike professions, there is no oath that a PhD takes to police his own.....<BR/><BR/>So who does it?
